Can I use a Noreply-address for my newsletters?

Yes, you may use a noreply-address as sender however it’s something that we don’t recommend due to reasons such as customers wanting to reply with feedback or questions. You can add “Noreply” in the “List”-tab when editing or adding a new list. Simply add “Noreply” as sender name and as sender e-mail and you should be all set to go.


  1. Go to the tab “Contacts” > “Lists“.

  2. Click the icon that represents a pen to enter edit mode.

  3. Go to “Sender” and fill in sender namn and e-mail.

  4. Click “Save and return” to save the new changes.
