Openings & Link clicks

This section shows openings and link clicks over time. You are able to preview opening and link clicks from the first 24 hours until the last made activity, e.g. a reader clicked on a link. Your results will be presented in percentage and in a graphical view. Note that the system provides the total number of unique people who have opened your newsletter or clicked on a link. For example, if 3 the reader clicks on the same link 5 times, it will count as 3 unique readers who clicked.

Most active recipients

The most active recipient is based on the total number of opens and link clicks on a newsletter. Note that there is an estimated number of unknown opened mails due to the fact that openings are based on if the reader clicks on a link or view images. Note that hight amount of openings may be caused by having a email client that “reads” the email that’s on top of the list of emails. The amount of opening can therefore be very high due to the reason that your mail happens to be the first mail that the readers see every time he or she opens up his mail client.
