Your contact information will be updated with new information from the imported contacts. Fields that are not included in the import will be left untouched in the tool. Also, the system will exclude contacts that are already imported in the system.

Connect fields

Whatever method you choose to import your contacts, you’ll have to connect the columns in your file to the right columns in our system. This means that you will have to specify in our system what in the imported data is an email address, a first name and surname (and optional attributes). Note that you must specify which field is an email address, other fields are optional.
