Once your are logged in to your account you can easily upgrade to a bigger account by clicking on the “Upgrade Your Account” button. You may find the button under the field “My account” > “Upgrade Account”. All your subscribers, lists, reports and other important information will be left untouched. The same applies if you’re downgrading from a payment account to a free account.

When wanting to upgrade to a bigger account you’ll need to choose account type, you may choose between accounts such as personal, commercial and non-profit. The system will ask you to provide different kind of information depending on which account type you choose. For example, if you choose to have a personal account the system will only ask for a billing address. If you decide to register a commercial the system will want you to provide information such as organization name, number and much more.
In this field you’ll have to fill in information such as company name and organization number, billing address and account type (personal, commercial or non-profit) before choosing if you’d like to receive the invoice by post or email.
Note that billing address should always be up to date and that you can choose to have a different billing address.
Choose payment method
You may get instant access to your account by paying with card. Note that paying with invoice can take 3-5 days until your payment is registered and your account is upgraded. Please note that you can send us a message to provide us with useful information about the order.
